Dear Readers,
After much thought, I’m writing with some bittersweet news: The Edgemont Gazette has officially ceased operations.
When The Gazette began, I never could have imagined how much it would become a part of my life, or how many people would take the time to read, share, discuss, and support what we published. What started as an idea to give our community another place to find local news and stories grew into something I’m incredibly proud to have built.
Our goal was always simple: to tell the stories of Edgemont and the surrounding community, highlight the people and places that make it special, and give our readers a publication that felt like it belonged to them. Along the way, we covered local businesses, schools, community events, and the everyday stories that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Most importantly, thank you for reading. Every visit, every article shared, every message, and every person who told a friend about The Gazette meant more than you probably realized. A publication only exists because people care enough to read it, and I’m incredibly grateful that you did.
Thank you for letting me tell your stories.
With gratitude,
Jesse Moidel
